Ludum Dare is one of the world’s largest and longest running Game Jam events, where creators are challenged to make a game from scratch in a single weekend. Ludum Dare #46 ran from Friday April 17 to Monday April 20, 2020, with the theme “Keep it alive.”
This was the fourth game jam I’ve participated in, and I decided to go with a classic “digger” arcade game mechanic in the interest of keeping the scope reasonable for a weekend game jam. Once again it was built using Godot Engine.
